Yui here and today I am going to give you a Hog Bowler Deck that got me to 4412 trophies as a level 10. I made the deck yesterday when I was floating around 4000-4100 and after trying this deck, I started to go on a win streak and then lost to a Lava Hound deck. This deck relies heavily on defense and counterpushing to win.
Hog Bowler Lightning Deck
Bowler: With its pushback effect, bowler very effective on defense. It works well in meta espically time as it took the Skeleton Army, Hogs, Princess, three musketeer, Ice Spirits etc. are also not a lot of damage if left alone. I want to start from the back. It also works great with Hog Rider because it can take a barbaric and Mini P.E.K.K.A.
Hog Rider: Condition deck major victory, not a good amount of damage and get to the tower quickly. I rarely send anyway. It can take a tower when paired with Bowler and Mega Minion.
Thunderstorms: a big storm in meta time as it kills mega Minion I have seen a lot, Three Musketeers, Ice Wizard and heavy damage Princes (and re-charge as well), Mini Pekka, Bowler and Furnace etc. It works great against Inferno Tower and Sparky for birthday them and offer tons of damage. Also, try to keep this as a surprise, it will catch them off guard. If they use the Mini P.E.K.K.A or mega Minion to defend for Hog, prepare for use as Lightning Lightning Mini P.E.K.K.A heavy damage to Bowler to take it out and put out Minion Mega Lightning.
Ice Spirit: One of the best cards at the moment. This gives a huge advantage to the price, everything freezes for 2 seconds. Ice Spirit is very good against Miner, Sparky, Giant. It is also a good damage to or Minion Minion Horde to zap to take him out. On offense, Ice Spirit also super helpful when combined with bowlers Mega Minion. Ice Wizard: A large defense force due to slow everything, Paired with Zap, you can take a Minion and Minion Horde. Paired with Bowler or mega Minion, or furnace, can take Hogs, etc. without the giant landed a hit. It can also take the Minion Mega Mini P.E.K.K.A on your side of the map
Mega Minion: Excellent on both offense and defense. For only 3 Elixir, his DPS crazy (almost the same as the Prince when he was not charging). With good HP, mega Minion did not die for most of the spells in the game, except the Rocket and Lightning. He was not affected by the effects of pushback from the Bowler. Furnace: furnace is slowly coming meta card after the latest update. I mainly use my Furnace for the defense, it takes out the Minion horde, Goblins, barbaric and Skeleton Army are a lot of people start using. A tin Furnace tank Hog Rider. I want to put my Furnace tiles in front of my crown tower, and centered toward the middle. This makes it possible to draw any Giants or Hog Riders. It can also help take Minion Mega Mini P.E.K.K.A etc. Also does decent damage Chip and have a lot of hitpoints. Try to protect your Furnace.
General Gameplan
Always get down Furnace or cycle to it, I do not feel safe without it. matchups:
- Hog Rockets Decks: Bowler is the most important card to deal with this deck. Bowler takes care of the Princess, ice Wiz, Skeleton Army, Hogs, Spirits Ice. - Lava Hound Decks: I hate the deck to play against. Put Furnace for Lava Hound and accomplice in the back, then ice wizard to slow Lava Hound and Mega Minion, then to fight the miners, use Bowler and Mega Mega Minion Minion then after stopping the push, starting counterpush a.
- Miners: Furnace for small forces such as waiters, Goblins, Bowler for miners, barrels Goblins, Mini P.E.K.K.A, Princess, Hogs etc. I tried not to use my zap unless necessary.
